However, product photographs may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, staging, computer monitors, mobile devices, screen settings, manufacturing batches, materials, and other factors.

Colors, textures, grain patterns, marble patterns, stone patterns, fabric tones, finishes, stitching, metal finishes, and other characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or between individual units.

Natural materials may contain variations that are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, decorative objects, mattresses, bedding, lighting, accessories, wall treatments, plants, artwork, or other items shown in lifestyle or staged photographs may not be included with the purchased product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product listing carefully before purchasing.

4. Measurements and Product Dimensions

Product dimensions are generally based on information supplied by manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or fulfillment partners.

Minor differences in measurement may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or measurement methods.

Before ordering furniture, oversized products, wall treatments, lighting, or other large items, customers are responsible for confirming that:

the product will fit within the intended space;
the product will fit through doorways, hallways, elevators, stairways, gates, and other access points;
appropriate clearance exists for installation or assembly;
the delivery location can reasonably accommodate the item; and
all measurements and dimensions are suitable for the customer's needs.

Elvarenae is not responsible for a product failing to fit within a customer's room, doorway, building, elevator, stairway, or intended installation area when the dimensions provided on the product listing were substantially accurate.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product-description errors, discount errors, shipping errors, or other inaccuracies at any time.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any amount paid.

A submitted order does not obligate Elvarenae to honor an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error.

6. Orders

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in the order.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Inventory information can change rapidly.

An item appearing as available on our website may become unavailable after an order is submitted due to inventory synchronization delays, supplier inventory changes, discontinued products, damaged inventory, warehouse errors, or other circumstances.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we may:

cancel the affected product and provide a refund;
offer a comparable alternative;
offer an upgraded or substitute product with your approval; or
provide another reasonable solution.

We will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval.

8. Third-Party Fulfillment and Dropshipping

Some Elvarenae products may be shipped directly to customers by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.

As a result:

products within the same order may arrive separately;
products may be shipped from different locations;
multiple tracking numbers may be provided;
packaging may vary;
delivery times may vary by product;
carrier information may differ between products; and
fulfillment procedures may vary depending on the supplier or warehouse.

Third-party fulfillment does not change your purchase relationship with Elvarenae.

Customer-service inquiries regarding an Elvarenae order should be directed to Elvarenae rather than directly to a supplier unless we instruct you otherwise.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, estimated delivery periods, eligible destinations, shipping charges, and related conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Estimated delivery periods may be affected by circumstances including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, inventory changes, warehouse processing, customs procedures, supplier delays, transportation disruptions, labor disruptions, high order volume, natural disasters, government action, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Elvarenae does not guarantee delivery on a particular date unless an express written guarantee has been provided by us.

A delayed shipment does not automatically constitute a lost shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

10. Oversized and Furniture Deliveries

Certain products, including furniture and oversized home furnishings, may require special freight, curbside delivery, threshold delivery, appointment scheduling, signature confirmation, or other delivery arrangements.

Unless the product listing expressly states otherwise, delivery does not necessarily include:

room-of-choice placement;
unpacking;
assembly;
installation;
mounting;
debris removal;
removal of existing furniture;
stair carrying;
elevator reservation;
white-glove service; or
disposal of packaging materials.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable delivery details before ordering.

Where an appointment is required, the customer is responsible for being available during the agreed delivery period.

Additional carrier charges caused by missed appointments, inaccessible locations, incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or customer-requested delivery changes may be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer where permitted by law.

11. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect delivered packages and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Customers should retain:

the product;
original packaging where reasonably possible;
shipping labels;
packaging materials; and
photographs or videos documenting damage or defects

until the issue has been reviewed.

Disposing of the product or packaging before a claim is evaluated may affect our ability to verify certain shipping or damage claims.

12. Assembly and Installation

Some products may require customer assembly, professional assembly, mounting, electrical work, plumbing work, structural installation, wall installation, or other installation services.

Unless expressly included in the product listing, assembly and installation services are not included in the product price.

Elvarenae is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or property damage caused by improper assembly, installation, modification, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products

Certain products may be offered for pre-order, advance order, made-to-order purchase, or extended fulfillment.

Estimated production and delivery timelines for these items are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, material availability, supplier capacity, freight schedules, or other circumstances.

By purchasing a pre-order or made-to-order item, you acknowledge that fulfillment may take substantially longer than standard stocked merchandise.

Any cancellation or refund rights relating to pre-order, custom, or made-to-order products are governed by the Refund Policy applicable at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

14. Custom and Personalized Products

Products manufactured, configured, altered, sized, finished, personalized, or otherwise produced according to a customer's selections may have different cancellation and return eligibility than standard merchandise.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selected options, dimensions, colors, materials, configurations, and customization details before submitting an order.

Once production begins, custom products may not be cancelable or returnable except where required by law or where the item is defective, damaged, or materially inconsistent with the agreed specifications.
